Fully Customize Windows 10 Look?

So ive always wanted to try to customize windows 10 with diffrent themes and all that, so i tried with some smaller things yesterday and so far it looks amazing! I managed to install CakeOS themes on my pc and i love how everything looks. I even installed their custom mouse cursors too:

Only problem is that i want to customize my taskbar and start menu now, but i cant find any tutorials online of how you do it. i Only managed to find how you change color, place (left, right, up etc),size.I want to change how it looks, where its at, how long etc, like maybe change its theme to something thats more like linux. Are there an actuall way of chaning it or do i simply just have to live with how it looks normally..

 

If you can also change how windows settings and all of the other default windows looks that would be cool too.
