2070 Issues

I have been told that the 2070 non super is the lemon of this generation so I'm looking for conformation. My 'symptoms' are mostly centred around Call of Duty Modern Warfare, however I have not notice a consistent pattern. At random, if I launch COD:MW it wont crash, but all my audio will cut out and the screen that the game has launched on will black out. Ctr+Alt+Del works, and brings back sound, but I have to restart the computer to be able to play the game. This is the lesser of the two issues, the other issue I get, which shows no consistency between the screen going to sleep and the PC just being turned back on, but I will have no audio at all without reinstalling graphics drivers. Express install and clean install both work but do not permanently fix the issue. The only other relevant information to the issue is that I h=was previously running an 8700K on an Asus Strix Z370H motherboard and I believe I did not do a fresh windows instal after the CPU+MOBO swap. Also the OS drive was cloned when I bought the 970 evo ssd but i really don't think that would cause problems.

Also taking any suggestions that aren't do a fresh windows install first cause that sucks lol

Temps are absolutely fine, and I’ve Completely wiped GPU drivers a few times

Less than 1 year, Ive had psu issues before, it does everything else fine
