AMD 5 2600 Overheating?

I got a Brand new AMD 5 2600 and the stock cooler im using in my build on a 450 Mobo. I noticed when and after i had launched it. idling speeds where 85c. So i took the stock thermal paste off and put some noctua stuff on. And its doing the exact same thing idling at 85c or more. it wont cool down. The Cooler seems snug. What should i do?!

Speccy gives odd readings for me i wouldn't use it either.

It maybe a fault with Motherboard reading the CPU temp wrong then.
