All USB inputs RESET

While im gaming or streaming, all my USB inputs seem to reset for a milisecond or turn off and on instantly.

What would this be related to does anybody know?

Ok so pretty much, my bluetooth headset, wired mouse, NDI output stream, keyboard and pretty much everything else connected using usb on the pc disconnects then reconnects while im using it.

Recently i swapped from intel to amd but kept my current os i asked a proffesional and he said it should be fine and windows 10 should be able to make the change over from intel drivers to amd itself but im not sure if somethings gone wrong driver wise.

Never had this issue until i made the Motherboard and CPU swap.

If you do a full motherboard swap you usually want to reinstall your operating system. It's just so low level it can't change over fully. Sorry.

What do you mean by that its just so low level it cant change over fully?
