The Huntsman TE uses linear switches, so you're likely looking at silenced switches. Cherry MX Speed Silvers are worse switches than the optical switches in the Huntsman, and are also not quieter. Do you have a budget and preferred form factor?

Tech reviewers say that they are extremely loud. In this video, You can tell the sound difference between the cherry mx red and razer linear optical switches
