Black Screen no cursor on Win 10

My son was playing a game I have an HP envy and the system shut down when he pressed the power button to start it backup I got a black screen I can't do anything on the black screen I have to shut my computer down 3 × 2 get it to the recovery mode and when I'm there nothing works says it can't be repaired can someone help me? I went to command prompt in recovery and typed in Explorer. exe and it said is not recognized

Can you provide any pictures of the computer while it is experiencing these errors?
