So, 3 months ago I built a new PC with the specs listed below. Since then, I have been concerned about a few things. First, I should say that alot of the games I play have good framerates (GTX 1080 8GB), Siege at high settings at around average 150-160FPS, Overwatch between 150-180 on high settings, but I noticed that in GTA V, I only get around 70-80 FPS, in Modern Warfare I get around 120-130 FPS avg at normal settings, but around 90-120 avg in Warzone on low settings. In comparison, my old PC had the same GTX 1080 and an i7 4770, and I was getting around 150 FPS on ultra on MW multiplayer. This worries me because im not sure if my GPU is throttling somehow, my 2600x is just not performing properly, or both games have just degraded in optimization and performance over time.  This might not be a legitimate issue, or it might be, but I just want to make sure.

So far I've tried to reinstall GPU drivers and disable fastboot in windows power settings.

Next, I noticed that my 2600x gets oddly hot, staying at around 52-57C as I type this. I have the stock cooler, and stock thermal paste. This is definitely not a natural idling temperature, so is the stock cooler just really bad?  I have a corsair carbide 275R case, so I dont believe airflow would be an issue, considering that I also have 4 fans in the case.  When I ran a cinebench score earlier, I my max temps hit 89C which seems scorchingly hot and unnatural. The cinebench score however was  2835, which seems on par.

Maybe im just being paranoid, maybe im not, but I'd really appreciate any help or suggestions I can get.

Thank you!
