Stream Stutter in game

so ive been streaming for acouple of days and ive been stuttering in game and having little lags but no fps drops what so ever and on the stream it looks fluid as hell and there are no stutters there and ive seen the usage of cpu and gpu nothing is going to max any solution guys?

Had the same issue when I had my i7 7700k using NVENC however got stutters in Resident evil2 remake only. Fix for me was to set OBS to "run as administrator".

Have you tried that?

We cannot properly answer your question since you gave us no information whatsoever. What OS and version? What games stutter? What streaming software are you using? What's your hardware specs? Be more precise please so we can actually help.

im using streamlabs obs and im using windows 10 64bit

Well here's a problem^^ I had massive issues with Streamlabs OBS. Try using OBS studio and running it in administrator mode. https://obsproject.com/download

If that doesn't solve the problem, you could turn ON "game mode" in Windows settings which will prioritize the game no matter what if GPU usage is > 95 %. Turning on game mode could lead to dropped frames in your stream so it's only recommended if all else fails.

i would rather not switch to obs i got used to streamlabs
