Anyone knows how to solve this problem? Tried installing the updated driver but this is what i recieved. Already installed the GPU driver which at first doesnt work because it says that the driver version is not updated or something but got it fixed by going to reg edit and removing the driver version.

I have a a320M a pro m2 mobo.

Most up to date driver would be Radeon 20.4.2, which can be found at https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/radeon-500-series/radeon-rx-500-series/radeon-rx-570

At this point I would recommend using DDU display driver uninstaller to completely wipe the PC of all past and present radeon drivers. If you have never used DDU before, its very easy:

1. Download the new driver file from the link above. It helps if you move the file from your downloads folder right to the desktop.

2. Download DDU Display driver uninstaller

3. Follow the steps in this video

4. Once you have performed the wipe and are back in normal Windows, Click the previously downloaded and updated driver file, follow the steps to perform the download and restart your computer.

CPU: Ryzen 7 5800X GPU: Sapphire Pulse RX 9070XT Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix X470-F RAM: Corsair 32GB Vengeance 3600Mhz PSU: Corsair RM850X White

Cooling: Corsair H115i RGB Storage: Samsung 970 Evo NVME (2TB) Case: NZXT H500i White

Keyboard: Corsair K70 Mechanical Mouse: Logitech Superlight 2

3. Follow the steps in this video youtube.com/watch?v=bP-2B14Nckw to perform a full wipe of the current drivers. Be sure to be disconnected from the internet so Windows does not search online for drivers on its own. The process of using DDU will need to be done when the PC is in safe mode.

4. Once you have performed the wipe and are back in normal Windows, Click the previously downloaded and updated driver file, follow the steps to perform the download and restart your computer.

Tried doing that aswell nothing works, even pulling my lan cable so that the drivers wont automaticaly update. It just sucks cause I've been trying to fix it for 3 hours now lol

According to AMD on https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-kb1603

If you just did a fresh windows install and formatted hard drives prior, There is a chance that it is missing some programs that would be normally installed through Windows Update. When you reinstalled windows, did you go through all the windows updates?

Okay, I would then follow the next steps noted in the link, refer to the steps where you are required to run command prompt as an administrator and run the noted commands in the troubleshooting page.

Unfortunately at this point I wont be able to help you much more, you will need to submit a ticket with AMD unless any other forum member has any suggestions.
