Hey guys! Another tech newbie here looking for some help hehe :) Somebody I know is offering me 12k in Philippine Peso($240.32) for an i5-8600 and H310M H 2.0 CPU and MOBO Bundle. I would like to know if this price is right or is there price that can be more negotiable? Thank you so much for the help!

I have no idea what market is like in that area

 

So all I can say is that the hardware itself is kinda meh and how much would a b450/Ryzen 5 2600 cost

Seems fair enough. its a very basic motherboard, but it'll work, and its a good cpu for the price. got my 2600 and cheapo b450 for ~$260, and although this intel option is only 6 threads, is should be much better than my 2600 in gaming.
