Internet speed loss

Hey guys.

What could be a reason for internet speed being stuck at around  95 Mbps on my pc? 

I did connect the same cable to the laptop and i got full speed. Few days ago i lost internet for few minutes  and i didnt think much more of it. I noticed programs that require higher  internet speed that  they were lagging and I did speedtest  and every time its 95

 Wifi works fine on another devices.

I should have easily over 200Mbps.

Im not sure what you mean by that. I didn't touch anything for 3 years and i just lost speed after internet disconnected  ( i just  think it has something to do with it )

 

Also when i do speedtest.it jumps to 180 and decreases to 95

I dont have any device that  would limit and there  is nothing downloading. Its just this  pc for unkniwn reason has this speed limit.

Found a limit in software. So strange.  Have Killer network manager and it was set for 100Mbps even though  i never  opened it.  Thanks for suggestions!!!
