PSU grade and temperature

Hi,

 

I haven't found a discussion about this, so maybe you guys can help here. The psu I am using is actually good, silver rated 80 Plus. My question is, if I replace it with a titanium or platinum psu, would I even get lower temperatures? I read that lower grades psu draw more watts and this translates to more heat. So maybe you guys can confirm this?
