Hello, not sure if this is normal or not. I built my PC back in 2016 and honestly had this concern back then, but have always dealt with it. But this is what happens; when I turn on my monitor and press the power button on my PC, everything seems to post normally, but right at the end of start-up, (before the login screen), my monitor, mouse and keyboard all turn off and then back on. This happens quickly, but just seems annoying. I have tried to mess around in bios, turned off fast boot, changed some power settings and I have even tried re-installing Windows. Is this just normal? The display port cable is plugged direct into motherboard, I don't have a video card.

thats very normal for the majority of computers for... several decades

the monitor has to change resolutions between the bios , splash screens , and windows UI
