High cpu usage?

Randomizer23

From time to time a service called "antimalware service executable" will run using high cpu usage..... Following that ICUE and corsair. service will also use alot of my cou which causes it to be pinged at 100% and making my pc unusable... I have a 9700k and a gtx 1080. My fans and lighting is controlled through ICUE but I dont understand why it uses such high cpu in those instances.. on idle corsair.service only uses 1% icue is something like 0.5%.

Make sure background apps are disabled.

Go into task manager and disable unnecessary startup applications.

Make sure Windows, Bios, and your chipset drivers are up to date.

Usually doing these will improve CPU usage while idle or just doing basic tasks, if it doesn't improve you may need to do an inplace upgrade or fresh install of Windows.

I need ICUE to be running at all times so I cant disable it. Ive already disabled all of the unnecessary things.
