issues with 2 gpus

my 1660 is underproducing after installing a 1060 3gb in my 2nd slot. at my current settings i was geting between 620k and 730k on its own. i know the2nd card is probably bottlenecked by the pcie 2.0 x4. anyone know whats happening? also fah is misdetecting the 1660 as the 1060 and vice versa but i dont care about that
