Decent camera options?

At the church that I volunteer at, we livestream our service to Facebook and another area of the church for mothers. We've run into an issue where our close-up shot camera (when zoomed in to the pastor speaking) is not getting enough exposure for the lens. The image, once livestreamed, is further darkened to the point that it is almost not viewable. Because of that, we are looking to get a new camera for close up shots to replace it. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know. Here are the requirements for what I'm looking for:

 

  • Price between $1000 - $1500 USD
  • 20x zoom minimum
  • user-controllable white balance, ISO, etc.
  • A lens good enough to keep the image bright enough at a high zoom.
  • HDMI output
  • Standard tripod mounting
  • Able to sync up with external audio output systems in real time

I am not sure where else to look for this, so please help.
