Upgrade now or wait?

Woxolifo

Hello, I would like to know what other people think on this. I have a pre built that is older and I want to upgrade my gpu to a 2070 super. I was told to wait for the 3070. I may do that but is it worth it? Will the prices be the same or will they be higer? I am not a FPS snob as as long as I can run my games at what I am aiming for it works for my liking.

I Think You Should Get A Navi GPU Instead Of An RTX GPU Unless You Want Ray-Tracing Or You Could Just Wait For Next Year's GPU'S

In That Case I Think You Should Wait For When The RTX 3*** IS Released,Maybe Then The RTX 2*** Will Be Cheaper Or Just Wait For Some Kind Of Sale,Right Now I Think RTX Cards Are A Little Overpriced

I'd just wait. We're not that far from launch, and you'll get a lot more for your money.

It doesn't quite work like that. There generally aren't enough 2000 series cards in stock for them to require steep discounts to clear out inventory.
