Chrome memory crashes and problems

Hello , i need your expert help before i go crazy,

 

Recently i be having lots and lots of crashing in chrome . When i open for example the forum site i instantly get an error saying : oh snap , error code MEMORRY_EXCEED 

Or

Not enough memory to open this page .

 

I have tried several fixes and lots of restarts and nothing yet . Please help !
