Yes it's safe though if you have an Nvidia GPU, driver 446.14 causes freezing coming back from screensaver. 

Is it safe to update to windows 10 may 2004 version or should wait for a couple of weeks until all the bugs are fixed??

This is Microsoft we are talking about. Wait, let some other poor bastard find all the bugs and report to MS.

It won't kill you to wait a few months until it's got several patches to the patches in place

Yep, I have an AMD laptop with vega iGPU

I've just approved it for my Laptop to test it but will wait before putting it on my desktops.
