BIG frame-drops on game

so i am play Car Mechanic sim (pls dont judge me) and then even when iu judge move my mouse to select a different car part on the car i go from 60fps to about 20 fps 

 

Specs

Ryzen 5 2600 (oc to 3.65 ghz and voltage of 1.25)

16gb of gskill ripjaws 2600 speed

Gigabyte GTX 1660 super with a slight oc

550w 80+ bronze cooler master mwe psu

Ok nvm i guess that it has fixed itself IDK why it did that ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Probably the OC on the GPU.

If it occurs again turn it back to stock or a lower OC.

Turn on xmp 

It sounds like either a bad frame time or bad 1% low 

Either way turn xmp on
