Hello, So I got a new CPU about a month ago, since then it has gone to 100% for no apparent reason 4 times. Temps seem fine max (70°). It only does this for 5-10 min max then returns to normal <5% usage. Also PC is very laggy when this is happening. Haven't really tried anything to troubleshoot. Any suggestions are appreciated.

PC Specs:

i9 9900k @4.5ghz

RTX 2060

16GB DDR4 (2400MHz)

650Watt PSU

Dark rock 4 Cooler

Screen shot + video of it fixing.

What make and model of PSU do you have? Is the 9900k overclocked?
