Portable event streaming kit

Hi all, 

My Aim

This isn't your typical build but I'm putting together a kit to live stream events. Multiple camera's that go in an BlackMagic ATEM mini. This puts out a 'webcam' feed that I would like to run trough OBS to Youtube/Facebook.
I already have a bunch of cameras with clean HDMI and the ATEM mini (Wedding photographer, but COV-19 made me want to expand my horizons...). My main editing rig is a decent machine which would do great but isn't really build for travel so I was looking to upgrade my old laptop (expensive, did I mention Covid19?) or buy/build a dedicated small pc just for this kit. (Think something like a NUC)

Budget (including currency): 
€ 650 for the NUC, Laptop would be a lot more expensive I guess

Country: Belgium EU

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: OBS

 

Other details Peripherals aren't necessary, have a bunch of those lying around. Incl monitors.
