Arctis 7 mic not working

Hi!

 

All of a sudden the mic of my Arctis 7 is not working anymore on my PC, my Blue Snowball mic wirks fine and the headset works as it should on my MacBook.

I reinstalled the software and everything but nothing worked so far.

Hope somebody can help me!
