Minecraft can be played on the apu of that cpu

Vega 3 is more than enough for that

What VDD do you have ? 

Do you have pbo enabled ? (Assuming your mobo supports it )

Get a RX 570 with 8GB VRAM and that should be plenty for minecraft and other lighter titles at good settings, used may be a better value, although if you can't buy one used then I would recommend this one new:
