Computer connecting to the internet issue

I’m running a Ryzen 7 1700x in a Gigabyte Gaming K7 x370, and today upon boot it will not receive the internet Ethernet directly from the Modem, I haven’t had this issue before and have tried all of the usual steps, restart the pc, Restared the modem, replaced the Ethernet cable, works on every other device but my computer. anything you can recommend to help please do.

Download and reinstall the LAN drivers for your motherboard.
