PC Build under 940$

Budget (including currency): 940$ 

Country:  USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:  Gaming / Video Editing /Little Streaming 

Other details

I do not need any peripherals. Upgrading from Core I5 2500 + GTX 1050 + DDR3 8gb. Will play at 1080p and refresh rate is 75hz. I CAN DO 1000$ max and will buy early 2021. Expect the pc to be compatible for games for 5+ years least.

If Ryzen 4th gen and the new Ampere GPUs are out, I'd probably go

That will likely be a squeeze in the $940 budget. (I'd say 3070 will be well outside the range, and the 3060 a squeeze.)

You can likely count on used 2070 Super prices being within range, and a sizable improvement from a 1050Ti.
