Minecraft Server Won't Start

Trying to run a modded minecraft server, (FTB Presents Skyfactory 3)

 

Downloaded the server pack of twitch,

Agreed to the Eula

 

Edited the settings .sh and .bat so the min ram was 1024M and the max was 6144M left the permgen_size at 256M because I didnt know what changing that would do.

 

Tried to run serverstart.bat and recieved this

 I don't understand Compressed oops)... genuinely wtf 

 

I think the solution is to enable minidumps but I'm not sure. I've had other issues when trying to run this server pack before, so I deleted the folder and reinstalled now its throwing this out at me.

check java and get all their versions 64bit, online, offline

 

we usually get this kind of EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION errors when java is having problems on normal clients but i don't know about servers

 

delete all java versions and reinstall all versions of newest java

and it could be a broken or outdated mod for the server which you need to disable
