I recently purchased the Lian Li Lancool 2 as an upgrade from my previous build all the parts are the same. The only issue i've been having is not being able to get my antlion Mod mic to work in the front or back panel 3.5mm audio jacks. i've tried reinstalling realtek audio drivers but that has't worked. it used to work by just plugging and playing in my coolermaster ql 300 front panel audio jack. Since the audio jack on the Lian Li Lancool 2 is only a single jack for both headphones and microphones it no longer works with the front panel. I tried connecting it to my motherboard's rear IO but that hasn't worked either. I still get no sound output through my microphone. i know no cables are broken since it was working just a day ago. I also know it's not just a busted jack since i can still use headphones when plugging in the jack in the front panel. I can't get this thing to work and any help or insight would be much appreciated.

I'm using an asrock b450m pro4 motherboard and have had no issues until i switched cases.

I'm using an asrock b450m pro4 motherboard and have had no issues until i switched cases.

So i had the same issue with my lancool 2... basically, when i plugged in my earphones on the front panel trss audio jack and selected headphones as my plugged in device (this is the auto popup from windows), the mic was not being recognized.. looked up several posts / pages for hours before deciding to fiddle with my audio drivers... did all the non driver reinstallation related troubleshooting steps too and also tried my monitor's audio jack but same issue.

Finally, decided to select "mic" in the window's auto pop up (to at least test the mic) when plugging in my earphones in the front jack... and guess what, mic of the earphones started working AND i was able to get audio through the earphones :O
