Horizontal lines

My AOC Agon AG271 Qx Monitor started making this horizontal lines and it flickers from the start but after a few minutes the lines stays and I tried messing with the hz of the monitor and it fixed it for awhile then came back, Are there anyway to fix this?

Possibly a bad connection, have you tried a different cable?

Yes I have and also tried a different pc but still the same result

No I haven't overclocked it and I am only knowing now that you can overclock a monitor
