How big is the download for Assetto Corsa?

I bought the game and it is a 8.4gb download which should take around a 30 hours to download

I am limited on internet and would like to know how big assetto corsa is when you go to download it. The page says 15gb but I would think it is lower.

the steam page will say the size it takes on your disk

Steam games are usually compressed over download. The 15gb number reflects how much disk space it will take. It will probably be a significantly smaller download, but it's very difficult to guess how much.

 

On average, Steam compresses somewhere around 30%. No guarantees, but expect an approximately 10GB download.

 

Take that with a grain of salt. Could be way more, could be way less - unfortunately there's no way to perfectly predict it.
