First PC build

Hey i'm new here and i need help with my PC build as you can see i have no idea what to do.  

 

Budget (including currency): 300 BHD 

Country: kingdom of Bahrain

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: mostly gaming like  RDR2, GTA V, Factorio, Ark survival evolved and Assassins creed and trying to do some digital art 

Other details:  

i can get a Nvidia GTX 970  for less then 30 USD. so probably that's going to be my graphics card.

For Peripherals and Monitor i'm using my shite wireless keyboard and mouse combo and my TV  but suggestions are welcomed.

Hey man, so if I'm correct $300 BHD is about $800 USD? 

Are you able to buy parts form America?

The 970 is still a very respectable card, so you should be well off with that. It may be advisable to look into the older Intel stuff, such as 3rd and 4th gen (3000 and 4000 series CPUs) if you want a good amount of power for not too much cash. Personally if you do have around 800 USD to spend, I would look into Ryzen.
