file explorer crashes

i have windows 10 (latest build and latest update) and when use my file explorer for more then 5 minutes is just crashes every time

any ideas on how i can fix this?

Sounds like corrupted Windows files. 
 

Try running in the command prompt as administrator:

sfc /scannow
