Somehow, when games are on the setting 'Fullscreen', it caps my fps on 60, (while i set it on borderless and it becomes way much more) which is my monitor refresh rate. I tried checking the vsync options, and as much as i found everything surrounding it was off, anyone have any advice for me so I can play on full screen but over 60 FPS? (how to unlock it)

8GB Ram
R5 1600
60Hz Monitor

depends on what games you're playing, some have console commands that will unlock FPS. Borderless is usually better in general though.
