Vega 64 issues

My asus Vega 64 has started to show a random black line which look like they are coming towards you.

Turning the chill function off they disapear i have been using chill for ages and only now has it been a issue, it has not had any recent updates, its more noticable in doom and csgo.

I only seem to get issues when capping the frame rates i have a 100htz benq 1440p 35" ultrawide

Running furmark its fine, i have noticed the coil whine has got louder over past week

Does anyone have any idea

try play them at 1080p vsync on and check temps. vega64 is a power hog and need really good cooling.

if the artifacts still present, that probably means something wrong with the hbm, and im afraid you need to contact your seller.

also it would be helpful if you can record your screen with your phone and upload the clip to imgur.

TL;DNR: very general comment. May not be helpful.

I know nothing of vega64 behavior specifically much less this black line thing.

Coil whine is a cracked magnet in a coil. If it’s getting louder there is more cracking, unless it’s just you paying more attention and it hasn’t actually changed at all.
