Screen not working properly

I bought a 144hz IPS monitor and connected via Displayport.And when i play games that are demanding like control,the screen will turn on and off.Ive downloaded the latest drivers any suggestions?

wdym is my GPU okay?

 

Checked the connections multiple times,no problem when i watch youtube and stuff.Only when playing games it will happen seldomly

i havent tested control with my old monitor,but this may be a problem with either the display port or the rx 580.

but i gave the monitor to my friend and during this lockdown i cant get it yet

i think the problem is with the display port since i didnt have this problem when i used hdmi at 100hz

found the problem,amd free sync,as soon as i turned it offff it was fine
