Computer restarting in games

Hi so i was wondering if anyone could help, so  just over two weeks ago I built built a pc and keeps randomly restarting and having screen flickers in games mainly escape from tarkov

 

After restart there are no errors or blue screen. Most of the times it cuts out loading in to a game and some times in particular I tabed into Google and upon going back into the game the pc slowed down completely for a minute or two and then restarted. 

My specs are 

3700x 

Msi gaming plus x570 

Powercolor rx5700xt

16 gb 3600 speed ram 

Corsair tx 750 psu 

I recently upgraded my cpu cooler from stock to the dark rock pro 4 and this started happening I thought I could have made a mistake but the temperatures seem ok with hw monitor. I have also ran a memory test and it passed

 

 I was wondering if anyone had any ideas any help would be appreciated thank you.

update your bios if you haven't already. if that doesn't fix it, remount CPU cooler.
