Some programs have blurry text sometimes.

This has been happening with the latest Minecraft launcher and now it's been happening with the Discord PTB. It happens to certain sections of the program and goes away when I hover over it, but it's extremely annoying. Any way to fix this?

I have a EVGA RTX 2060 Super if that helps with anything.
