Whats the best no frills but has front USB 3 budget atx mid tower case for around $30 to $50?

Deepcool E-SHIELD is $50 and has 3 front ports one 3.0 and rest 2.0 the 3.0 is maybe 3.1

it always is possible to add usb ports to the front using the 5.25 bays

if theres a cheaper mid atx tower without front usb 3 its fine. i just need a pc case. Thats the only thing i dont have.
