Alright, after infinite amount of trying, doing everything I know, I have come to the conclusion that I am unable to forward a port, no matter what.
The router/modem I am using is Technicolor TC7200.
The game I am trying to use port forwarding for now is Terraria, I set up the server correctly, i re-check everything over and over, I use a legit steam client, but nothing works.
I have done the port forwarding with entering my public IP adress in the external IP field as well, but same result.
I will provide some photos,
Please help me!

You also need to open the port for incoming & outgoing traffic in the Windows firewall. Chances are the router is good, it will be Windows blocking the connection.

For a server, yes.

I just did that, both inbound and outbound rules for 7777 on TCP, still no changes, doesn't connect through my public ip adress. I can only connect on my local IP adress, if it has any meaning that the router is working properly or something?

Change the router from Both to TCP, that can have an effect.

I have also enabled DMZ, and it still doesn't help.

In all my years of doing IT I have never had DMZ work for me as it should. You should disable it as its a security risk anyway, stick to manually opening ports.

I've disabled DMZ, I've changed all ports on TCP (in the firewall and the router), and still doesn't work. I really don't know what to do, it's like something invisible is standing there xD

Try adding your external IP address to the router page. Also set the client computer to use a static IP (use 192.168.0.12). Neither of these should matter but it can't hurt to try them.

Well... guess what, while going through the router settings, I've stumbled upon the WAN section where i have an IP different from the one that I get as a public IP address, for which I used sites like what is my ip or something like that.
Anyhow, I put that IP as an external IP in the port forwarding, and boom, it worked.
Thank you for your help and replies!
