I recently bought gtx 1660, which i paired with ryzen 3 1200 @3.1ghz, 16GB 2400 mhz ram.

In game i get 35-55 fps (all low/ 1080p, SMAA1X)

On fight it drops more to 24-30fps !!

Gpu temp: 61-65°

Latest Nvidia driver.

Latency: 130-170

Your latency might be the issue. That's very high. I usually run around the 65-70 mark. Other than that, your specs are scraping the minimum specs. Your CPU just fits the bill for minimum required specs, and your CPU is slower than the minimum specs.

I'd say your performance is what I would expect.

Is your render resolution set to 100? The game always resets settings for some damn reason. A 1660 isn't that far from a 1070, and I'm getting 70-90fps at 1440p. It could also be your CPU TBH. The game is very CPU intensive.

Yes resolution set to 100, and always it sets to 66 when I open the game.
