You might be able to go upto a RTX 2080Ti without exceeding your budget massively this 2080Ti is $400 more and would only exceed your budget by $100.

Id honestly avoid spending 2080ti money when next gen cards are soon to come out lol

The 2080 ti is terrible value for money. The op also needs a monitor, and you have already blown the budget with a 2080 ti.
