You don't need to spend nearly that much money, and keep in mind that 10th gen intel CPUs are launching like, right now, so if you want to go intel, I'd wait a bit.

 

Personally I'd go with a build of a Ryzen 3700X and GTX 2080 Super.

EDIT: Actually, if you already have a CPU cooler and want to game at 180Hz, it might be worth getting a 10700K. It'll be more power-hungry, but at least it'll be comparable in core/thread counts to the 3700X (although more expensive), and it'll probably give you better FPS by a few percent.

The 3700X (and therefore probably the 10700K) are more than capable of streaming, but you could also use the NVENC encoder on your GPU.

looking for thought and input also i have the cpu cooler and fans already

I have put together a system configuration that should be able to handle gaming and streaming at the same time, enjoy building your new system!
