Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): running 2 rog swift pg248q, Noctua NH-D15 CHROMAX.BLACK 82.52 CFM CPU Cooler, as well as Fractal Design Meshify C ATX Mid Tower Case.

You don't need to spend nearly that much money, and keep in mind that 10th gen intel CPUs are launching like, right now, so if you want to go intel, I'd wait a bit.

 

Personally I'd go with a build of a Ryzen 3700X and GTX 2080 Super.

EDIT: Actually, if you already have a CPU cooler and want to game at 180Hz, it might be worth getting a 10700K. It'll be more power-hungry, but at least it'll be comparable in core/thread counts to the 3700X (although more expensive), and it'll probably give you better FPS by a few percent.

The 3700X (and therefore probably the 10700K) are more than capable of streaming, but you could also use the NVENC encoder on your GPU.

I have put together a system configuration that should be able to handle gaming and streaming at the same time, enjoy building your new system!

 You stream of the nVenc encoder on the GPU.

 

You could potentially up the CPU to a 3900x if you need it.

 

I'd recommend waiting for 4th gen Ryzen and the new nVidia GPUs.
