Power Limit Throttling

hey guys

             I have been facing some issues with my helios 300 with power limit throttling and thermal throttling. I have undervolt the cpu using ETU but the temperature still goes beyond 90. at first I thought the issue must lies with the pasting because it did not give me any problems in the first year of purchase, that's why I thought a repasting would do the trick. but even after repasting the laptop shows the exact same issues except this tie I get Power Limit and thermal throttling at the same time

 

side note-  even after the testing the laptop somehow manages to stay within 80-90C.NOTHING IS RUNNING, its just me looking at the numbers going up on the screen

      intel i5-8300h

      nvidia gtx 1060 6gb

      16gb RAM
