Budget (including currency):  < 2700 (excluding taxes) (CAD)

Country: Canada

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: FPS (COD), Battlefield, WOW, Diablo 3 (and 4), Autocad, Fusion 360

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Currently have I no PC, parts, peripherals, etc. Clean slate build from the ground up. I plan on spending roughly 700 CAD peripherals to support the build leaving roughly 2000 on to build the pc (plus tax). I plan on buying in the next 1-3 months. In the future would I would like the ability to run dual monitors (when using specific program like auto cad etc but not all the time). I would like the pc to be somewhat upgradeable so I can keep it semi-capable for the next 1-4 years minimum.

yes, it uses a last gen intel cpu.

I would build with a ryzen cpu, as it's the best value at the moment.
