I already have a cpu cooler. I'm wanting a good gaming pc that can run all games at 60fps or more 1080p. I made a part list and was wanting feedback/suggestions on what i should get on a $900 USD budget.

The vrm's for that motherboard are apparently hot garbage, which means you are just asking for trouble, especially with that CPU and GPU. For $900, you can do a little better than that and add an SSD as well.
