Hey sorry if this has been posted before but I'm getting sick and tired of this. So I am new to the pc world I built my PC I have AMD 3700x and 2070 super with 16gb of DDR4 RAM then I have a 250gb nmve SSD and a 2tb Seagate hard drive. All of the products for my pc are new. My problem with steam is that with my hard drive is when I go to install a game on steam it says pre allocating and it just stays there. If by chance it passes that stage it downloads a bit then it just says stopping. I have formatted the hard drive to be clean and still the problem is there. With SSD it downloads fine but I dont want to install a big game with my tiny ssd. Any help would be greatly appreciated I'm at my limit with it. The hard drive works fine with other programs like I can read and write stuff like my premiere projects and other gaming platforms
