No signal second display

Need some assistance before i chuck my monitor out the window. Everything worked fine on my second monitor then today. NOTHING. The monitor powers on and displays no signal detected (I've tried swapping the cables and booting it up with just that monitor plugged in still have the same issue) Windows display settings and Nvidia settings detect the monitor but windows says it isn't active and Nvidia wont let me tick the box on setup multiple displays.

 

 

Booted the pc up in safe mode... All pops up fine in 680x480 resolution and can access the monitor settings now. But still nothing when I load the pc back up normally!

Main monitor ROG PG348q
Second monitor XB280HK
GPU 180TI

Any help is much appreciated.
