MSI BIOS on boot up

You guys may have seen my other post in the PSU forum, but basically, my PSU started smoking so I uninstalled it and ordered a new one. Everything was working just fine until I plug it into the monitor. It starts up, and then it opens up MSI Click BIOS. I can't seem to get out of this. Also, I'm not sure what version it is, but the fancy version shown on all the tutorials I watched (I think its Click BIOS 5) is not the same as mine. Maybe im just making a noob mistake (im still new to this kinda thing) but i would really appreciate some help.

 

To sum it up, my question is how can I get out of the MSI Click BIOS and into the usual startup screen? Because whenever i try to reboot it goes right back into the same Click BIOS screen.
