Windows Multiple HDD question

I have windows installed on my SSD. I have an extra blank hard drive. If i unplug ssd and install windows on blank hard drive. Can i switch back and forth the two windows without issues by swapping the hdds or will this cause potential rip

Theoretically there should be no issue, but in reality this is Windows we are talking about...
