Solved by iBabySlapper,
If you don't care how it looks, and you can't budge on budget:
- I'd downgrade to as cheap of a case as possible (probably around $30)
- Add an SSD, no modern gaming PC should be without one https://pcpartpicker.com/product/PchKHx/team-ms30-128-gb-m2-2280-solid-state-drive-tm8ps7128g0c101
- There's faster ram for less, buy this instead https://pcpartpicker.com/product/JmyV3C/team-t-force-vulcan-z-16-gb-2-x-8-gb-ddr4-3200-memory-tlzrd416g3200hc16cdc01

At this point, you could do one of a few choices; if you want 6 cores, go 1600AF instead (if you can find it at the price it's supposed to be), if you're only gaming 3300X.Scratch that, thanks to COVID price hikes you can't get either of those CPUs for remotely close to MSRP. The CPU you're trying to buy supposed to be around $100, but demand has risen while supply has dwindled, sadly. Upgrade PSU instead, go for this: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/FQ648d/corsair-power-supply-cp9020101na
